Those people running competitive races except the four down for placards duty will not need to report but feel free to join us for cheering.

Before running
Flag raising committee

Your JOB: playing of william tell, holding of the national flag and school flag, playing of national anthem and school song, saying of school pledge. (Basically, just like normal flag raising but no flags will be raised, it will be stationary)

Your JOB: Get the namelists from Ms Tammie Ho. Distribute to the class to take their attendance. You are supposed to collect the attendance from the attendance ICs from each class, IC may want to assign who to which level to collect. After collecting all, pass to Sing Yan. After the races, distribute the class list again for them to take their attendance then collect and pass it to me again
